Education & Skills

• Trade tested with 5 - 10 years’ experience
• Oil & Gas Experience
• Candidate needs to be able to work under pressure
• Candidate must be local
   

Additional Competencies

• Preference will be given to applicants with Oil and Gas experience but candidates with manufacturing experience will also be considered.
   

Responsibilities

• To perform maintenance effectively & creatively to maximize the availability of equipment at the lowest cost
• To create a competitive edge by ensuring that all team members achieve an outstanding level of competence
• To enhance the section's performance by streamlining new working procedures/processes
• To ensure that materials supplied to the project conform to the construction specifications.
• To prepare sketches for site variations for incorporation in the as-built drawings.
• To ensure that all contractors are using the latest revisions of drawings, documents and specifications.
• To participate in acceptance inspection, prepare and continuously update a deficiency register of contractor’s work, under his jurisdiction. Prepare a monthly report on problem areas and a write-up on last month construction activities.
• Maintain a daily diary (log) showing activities, events and problems experience each working day.
• Prepare a weekly exception, co-ordination and progress report
