• Identify and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, or technical problems.
• Conduct precise repairs, requiring specialized knowledge & skills to ensure quality service & safety.
• Provide guidance, training & mentorship to less experienced technicians.
• Assist to elevate the team's overall skill level & ensure all work meets stringent quality standards.
• Liaise with customers to explain technical issues, repair processes & recommendations.
• Enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
• Keep abreast with the latest industry advancements, methods & tools via ongoing education & training.
• Maintain records and compile failure reports.
• Document diagnostic findings, repair procedures, parts used & other key details for future reference.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Qualified in both Mechanical and Auto Electrical trades: Master Technician Certification sign off: Skills: Attentive and cautious to details.
• Thoroughness in diagnostics and repairs, ensuring high quality.
• Ability to remain patient and composed while diagnosing and fixing complex issues.
• Time Management Skills.
• A focus on quality and output performance.
• Energetic and change / improvement focused.
• Demonstrate integrity and honesty in dealing with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers.
• Capability to guide and support less experienced technicians.
• Analytical and strategic skills to identify problems thereafter solve them.
• Articulate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Ensure safety precautions are in place and work conscious.

Experience:

• Practical experience as a Technician + Auto Electrician - 5 years.
• Track record of completing all relevant e-learnings, and face to face meetings with the MAN Training - 1 year
