Material Requirement Planner at Philip Morris International

Your day to day

• Ensure supply security of Direct Materials per demand and stock strategies
• Review and update the supply plan proactively in response to changes in requirements, considering multiple scenarios to lead Material Requirement Planners in mitigation actions
• Provide clear communication with partners about the supply plan, as well as lead and inform them about the risks and potential actions
• Manage cost-effectively
• Lead procurement & contract management activities to ensure continuous material supply
• Fully align with the procedures of the company and local & international legislation
• Continuously evaluate processes and close gaps to build an efficient and winning organisation by focusing on value; simplify, automate, delegate, or consolidate
• Supervise and handle third-party Business Services Provider (BSP) related activities in the Material Requirement Planners (MRP) process
• Manage critical metric performance regularly and ensure the MRP team for optimal performance.

Who are we looking for

• Degree in FMCG or Supply Chain Management or related fields
• Minimum 3 years solid experience as a production/material planner is required
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG or Manufacturing
• International company working experience would be advantageous.
• Solid understanding of ERP SAP
