Suitable candidate must possess the following minimum qualifications and skills:

• Certificate in Supply Chain or Materials Management (or equivalent)
• Diploma in Supply Chain or Materials Management (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration advantageous
• Advanced MS Excel and data analysis skills
• Strong organisational and planning abilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
• Knowledge of ERP systems for data management and reporting
• Understanding of supply chain processes

Suitable candidates must have the following work experience: 

• 7–8 years relevant experience in Supply Chain, Materials Coordination, or Warehouse Management preferably in mining or projects
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in materials analysis, reporting, and ERP system use
• Experience in materials coordination for large-scale mining or infrastructure projects (preferred

Your successful candidate will be responsible for, but not be limited to:

• Plan and forecast material requirements based on project schedules and lead times
• Set and review reorder points and quantities to maintain optimal stock levels
• Maintain accurate material master data in ERP systems and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate receipt, inspection, storage, and issue of materials per warehouse procedures
• Ensure timely material availability while adhering to HSEQ standards
• Analyse stock data for efficiency and accuracy improvements
• Prepare and submit timely management reports
• Coach and mentor warehouse staff to achieve skills transfer
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships with suppliers and transporters
