Mechanical BIM Technician/Manager - Consulting Industry
RPO Recruitment’s client, a well-established and leading multi-disciplinary engineering consulting firm in Cape Town is seeking to appoint a qualified BIM Technician or BIM Modeller to join their mechanical engineering team as soon as possible.
The successful candidate will be involved in various different building projects such as commercial office developments, single luxury homes, hotels, large retail centres, industrial distribution centres, warehouses, high-rise apartments, and mixed-use developments.
Requirements:
National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
BIM Certification highly advantageous
Minimum 4 years of proven experience in the mechanical building services field
Solid proficiency in Revit and MS Office
Team player with excellent communication skills
