Medical Education Specialist - Johannesburg at Smith+Nephew

What will you be doing?

• HCP customer engagement
• Administrative functions such as SWAT, event management
• Cross functional interactions with BU Sales Marketing, Sales & Prof Affairs
• Managing Med Ed events
• Managing Compliance related activities
• Development and delivery of content for local Med Ed meetings

What will you need to be successful? 

• 5 years of experience in Medical Education or Marketing in the Medical related Industry; or 3 years of experience in Contracting, Marketing or Professional Affairs in the Medical or related Industry
• Strong ability to develop and write strategic business plans
• Leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities at the same time - strong organization skills
• Project and People Management Skills,
• Clinical knowledge of Orthopedics and Wound Management (nice to have)
