Duties and Responsibilities:

• Operating a busy switchboard
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Taking accurate messages
• Scheduling and managing appointments
• Performing basic administrative duties
• Data capturing and record keeping
• Using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), with good Excel skills required

Minimum Requirements:

• Basic computer literacy
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good Excel skills
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Some experience managing a diary/scheduling appointments is an advantage
