Operational Management Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Medicine and Related Substances Act 101 of 1965 as amended, through the implementation of the strategies for preventing, detecting and responding to Substandard, Falsified, unregistered, unauthorized health products in the market.
Key activities for this function include actively monitoring compliance with health products.
Import & export, Advertisements, marketing and promotions, Raid alerts and recalls, Seizures & destructions,
Requiring approval Sections 36 exclusions.
Requiring approval for Donations.
Qualification :
Matric certificate and a four-year Bachelor of Pharmacy degree. Registration as a Pharmacist with the South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) at NQF Level 8, as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
A relevant Master’s qualification at NQF Level 9, as recognised by SAQA, will be an added advantage. Valid driver’s licence.
