Our group seeks a dynamic and motivated individual to take on the role of Team Leader for our membership
department. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Professional
Portfolio Consultants team, ensuring their performance and development, and maintaining the quality of member
portfolios. This role combines leadership, administration, and customer service skills to ensure the team's success and
alignment with organisational objectives. This is a hybrid position and will require working in the Gauteng branch.
Candidates must be located in Gauteng and legally eligible to work in South Africa

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• S.A. Citizens only
• National Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• 6 Years proven experience in team leadership, administration, or related roles.
• Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for portfolio management and reporting.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in portfolio management.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively wi th diverse teams.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality
