Metallurgist at Anglo American

Job Description:
As our Metallurgist, your responsibilities will include:

• Adherence to metallurgical principles
• Develop technical reports on process and equipment performance
• Required monitoring of complete process KPI’s within area of responsibility
• Identify areas of concern and opportunity
• Accurate interpretation and analysis of reports
• Close-out and implementation of actions from metallurgical audits

This role is in the DMS Department on a Band 6 level reporting to the Section Manager DMS

Qualifications:

• BEng or BTech in Metallurgical/Chemical Engineering
• Code 8 driver’s license

Experience

• 3 Years operational experience in mining
