    Mid Art Director x2

    End Date: March 31, 2026

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop clear, original concepts in close collaboration with Copywriters
    • Translate ideas into strong visual narratives through storyboards, mock-ups, and design systems
    • Create high-quality visual execution across digital, social, integrated, and occasional traditional channels
    • Interpret briefs with a solid understanding of brand strategy, marketing objectives, and target audiences
    • Take creative work from initial concept through to final execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
    • Collaborate effectively with the wider departments: Strategy, Digital Products, Production, and Business Support across multiple disciplines
    • Confidently present creative ideas and final work to internal teams and clients
    • Stay ahead of digital, design, and cultural trends, continuously applying best practices to elevate creative output
    • Strong portfolio showcasing digital, social, and integrated campaign work, with evidence of concept, craft, and consistency
    • A refined eye for design, layout, typography, and motion
    • Experience working across social platforms and digital ecosystems
    • The ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and commercial objectives
    • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
    • Proven experience collaborating closely with copywriters and creative leads to develop conceptually strong ideas.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead visual execution from concept through to final delivery across multiple platforms.
    • Solid understanding of brand strategy, marketing objectives, and audience-led design.
    • Working knowledge of contemporary design tools and workflows (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, motion or prototyping tools).
    • Confidence in presenting creative ideas and work internally and to clients
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Award recognition or industry accolades are advantageous but not essential
    • Log time accurately and consistently across all projects
    • Ensure work is properly backed up and stored according to agency processes
    • Follow work through each department to ensure seamless delivery across teams.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art Direction, Digital Design, or a related creative field.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an agency or studio environment, with a strong focus on digital-first and integrated campaigns.
