Mid to Senior OutSystems Developer (ODC) at Hire Resolve

About the Role

• We are looking for a talented and experienced Mid to Senior OutSystems Developer to join our growing development team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about low-code development, solution architecture, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using the OutSystems Platform and OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• You will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing applications while working closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform.
• Build and maintain solutions within OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical solutions.
• Participate in solution design, architecture discussions, and technical reviews.
• Integrate OutSystems applications with internal and third-party systems through APIs and services.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and resolve application performance issues.
• Ensure development aligns with OutSystems best practices, security standards, and governance requirements.
• Collaborate effectively within Agile delivery teams.
• Provide mentoring and technical guidance to junior developers where required.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

Minimum Requirements

Essential

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.
• Proven experience working with OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC).
• Relevant OutSystems certifications (Associate Reactive Developer certification minimum).
• Strong experience building Reactive Web Applications.
• Experience consuming and exposing REST APIs.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.

Preferred

• Additional OutSystems certifications such as:
• Outsystems 11 Certifications
• ODC-related certifications
• Experience with Azure or cloud-native environments.
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems and external platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
