Introduction

• Position/Task Grade: M18 Department: Electricity Pricing Business Unit: Finance Head Office, Distribution Division Location: Gauteng Sunninghill, Megawatt Park Area of specialisation: To direct and optimise the Eskom pricing intelligence function for strategic pricing analysis, business planning, regulatory reporting, regulatory submissions, tariff modelling, stakeholder engagement information and annual tariff adjustments for adequate revenue recovery compliant to governance and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement the multi-year price determination (MYPD) for revenue recovery.
• Provide strategic direction for the pricing intelligence function.
• Manage and optimise the section, infrastructure and resources.
• Guide the determination and development of the cost to serve study.
• Direct the provision of price and tariff analysis information and consultation services.

Minimum requirements

Qualification(s):

• B Degree/B Tech/Advanced Diploma in Finance at NQF7 with 360 credits

Related Minimum Experience:

• 7 years’ experience in a management capacity, proven track record in scenario/ financial modelling and leading key initiatives with a high degree of complexity
