Responsibilities

Job Overview:

• Ensuring plant maintenance efficiency, able to read diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedure and fault finding.
• Dismantled, fitted & assembled machinery and parts
• Executed pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical repairs
• Performed planned maintenance on machinery & equipment
• Fitted, inspected, tested, and repaired MCC, circuits & wiring systems and electrical equipment
• Used, installed and applied fault finding on programmable logical control circuits (PLC's)
• Installed and commissioned machinery and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and environmentally safe work area

Qualifications

• Matric/N3 with Completed Millwright Trade Certificate
• 3-5 years of relevant experience within the manufacturing environment in the FMCG industry
• Drivers licence and Own vehicle
