Job Description 

• Dashboard Reporting
• Maintenance of the master database
• Manage and deliver timely and reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules, including reports from across all corporate systems
• To work proactively with colleagues across the team taking the initiative to resolve issues
• Liaison with operations and other functional areas to verify reporting & forecasting accuracy
• Process/Functional level data collation and reporting to Internal and External clients
• Preparation, submission and presentation of various reports for the processes on agreed service level metrics
• Regular maintenance of functional MIS and prepare performance analysis
• Ensure accurate, timely and efficient reporting of Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reports
• Should show sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment

Required qualifications 

• Bachelor's Degree
• 3-5 years experience in MIS/BI Analyst role 
• Experience in WFM desirable
• Sound knowledge about Power BI, Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau
