What are we looking for?

• Educated to Matric level or above
• At least 2-year experience in a factory environment
• Fluent English verbal and written skills.
• Experience in the FMCG / Factory Operations industry desirable
• Escalation management
• Ability to identify deviations to process and product standard.
• Team Player and excellent collaboration

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Check that Recipe and Bill of material corresponds from weighing department.
• Ensure goods used is within the expiry date.
• Maintain an understand High GMP standards.
• Follow the ATS in correct sequence.
• Follow the Correct ATS and Process Order
• Understand and Background of PDLS and G. Rs
• Understand FULL LOTO and Know when to Apply.
• Adhere and understand the FULL Allergen Process and when to Apply.
• Sensory training Background
• Full understanding of Risk Rating in DSTS, SAC
• Full Participation in CP1 Meetings and facilitate the meetings.
• Mixing Operator to ensure the IBC washer is working properly.
• To follow the cover of the line
• Make sure maintain the mixing target.
• Be flexible.
• Know how to Operate the Dryer + Oil station
