Support our overall strategy for growth and profitability across all Domains (Networks, Cloud Software Services, Emerging Business and )
Work with the Domains to develop, promote and articulate end to end customer-centric offerings in Cloud Software Services, Networks.
Shape Techno-Commercial Value Argumentation to our customers. The engagement needs to focus on customer value creation based on customer business cases, bringing assets from then different domains to address unique customer insights.
Work with our Commercial Management team and accounts to identify new and evolved business models to support our growth and profitability
Ensure a close collaboration with Ericsson’s Business Areas, Cloud Software Services community and R&D organizations to strengthen the customer relationship through professional knowledge sharing and support in important sales engagements
Interface leading customers in the region securing the understanding of competition, market situation, etc building on in-depth knowledge & understanding of the customer business requirements.
Proactively drive customer dialogue on medium- and long-term topics to establish trust and build business partnerships.
Collect key customer requirements on roadmap, new product and service introduction planning that require complex and strategic decision making with Business Areas
Engage with industry analysts and represent Ericsson at technology fora in the Market Area.
Provide leadership to the KA/GCU head of Cloud Software Services in the Market Area.
Support the development of MMEA ecosystems, leveraging the Innovation Hubs, to facilitate the launch and adoption of IoT and 5G
To be successful in the role you are:
Minimum 10 years in IT and Cloud solutions, and/or product management experience in ICT industry
Has an excellent network within Ericsson solution & technology experts in GF Technology, the Business Areas
E2E Ericsson portfolio knowledge across both Services and Products.
In depth knowledge of current and future technology trends and their mapping to Ericsson Portfolio and Strategic Direction
Proven track record of effective leadership (working across organizations and projects)
