• Conduct gap analyses to determine if all processes have written processes.
• Ensure standardized work to detect and eliminate waste in production.
• Conduct audits to determine if all standards are followed.
• Create and implement Kaizen principles for continuous improvement.
• Provide awareness training to all staff.
• Participate in MNPS Workplace.
• Prepare and distribute documentation for MNPS Awards.
• Conduct & participate in daily meetings to fuel continuous improvement with all hierarchy levels.
• Execute A3 process & track A2 targets monthly.
• Create Idea Management establishment (time plan, rules, evaluation).
• Ensure all CFT topics are executed.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Degree/diploma in Industrial Engineering.

• Ability to present and disseminate information in an effective manner.
• A focus on quality and output performance.
• Staff management skills including supervision, co-ordination, training and disciplining of staff.

Experience:

• Knowledge of Production systems in an automotive environment - 3 years.
