Developer Technical Support Engineer Team (DTSE) is responsible for providing technical troubleshooting and consulting services to internal departments and external partners. This position is mainly responsible for the following: receiving and resolving user issues, communicating with our DTSE members, analyzing, and providing best solutions, working with various stakeholders, organizing regular community events, following the escalation process, and providing top-quality user experiences. We are continually expanding this team in the MEA region across multiple time zones to ensure user satisfaction and to build developer community.
