What You’ll Do

• Own the mobile architecture and technical roadmap
• Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers
• Develop high-quality applications using React Native
• Drive code quality, testing, and best practices
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams
• Optimise performance, scalability, and user experience
• Oversee the full mobile app lifecycle from development to release

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of mobile development experience
• Strong React Native expertise
• Proven leadership and mentoring experience
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture and backend integrations
• Experience deploying applications to the App Store and Google Play
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
