•  Around 4 years of hands on experience in developing native mobile apps across different platforms. Android, iOS and windows app development experience mandatory.
•  Experience in vast number of mobility platforms and Ability to define, analyze and document Enterprise Mobility Architecture
•  Extensive experience on Java Enterprise platform and Big Data/Hadoop
•  Should have experience on working Social Media integration with the Mobile platforms
•  Good understanding of Industry standard design patterns such as MVC and good knowledge on SOA, REST/JSON and SOAP/XML
•  Should have strong experience in HTML 5, CSS 3 and Java script, Eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede), Emulator, APIs - Android 2.0 API, Google5 API
• Experience in the mobile cross platform tools/development like Phone Gap, Angular JS, Sencha Touch, JQuery Mobile; Appcelerator; MoSync etc.,
•  Should have excellent communication and presentation skills
•  Should be able to help with pre-sales and proposal writing
•  Good team management and team leading skills
•  Good analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
