    Modality Marketing Communications Leader

    Job Description Summary

    • GE Healthcare is looking for an Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Modality Marketing Communication Leader with strong Marketing Communication (Marcom) and digital marketing skillset. You will define the EMEA Modality Marcom plan together with the EMEA Modality Leaders and will implement marketing communications initiatives including digital marketing campaigns, social media campaigns, collaterals, events and helping to foster EMEA Imaging market growth.

    Job Description
    Responsibilities

    • EMEA digital marketing campaign plan & execution
    • Creation of content (content ideation, social media, etc.).
    • Marketing collaterals development (brochures, leaflets, etc.)
    • Digital ecosystem localization and adoption (website, eCommerce)
    • Major events support & execution
    • Marketing investment and business outcomes (Return on investment OI on digital marketing)

    Qualifications/requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications,
    • Fluent in English is a must
    • Proven experience (10+ years) in Marketing Communications and Digital Marketing including social media, digital campaign creation and management, contact / lead database management (segmentation and reporting)
    • An experience working in a B2B environment with a portfolio of successful examples from marketing collateral creation and promotion, digital launches, event organization, etc.

    Desired Characteristics

    • Ability and proven experience with strategic mindset as well as creative skills
    • Problem solving, ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on business, market and customer trends
    • Data analysis, reporting and business intelligence, emphasis on digital marketing analytics
    • Excellent people and agency management, project management and organizational skills, with experience leading and/or direct involvement in large-scale projects and programs.
    • Team oriented – ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams, with sales force and customers
    • Flexibility, ability to change priorities quickly
