Degree in Public Management, Developmental Studies, Administration, or Social Sciences or Economics or Commerce or equivalent experience in strategic and operational planning and performance monitoring.
A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in strategic planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
Practical knowledge and practical experience in using strategy and performance tools.
Knowledge of planning and performance monitoring frameworks and guidelines governing the CCMA as a public entity
A good understanding of legislations and policies applicable to the CCMA as a public entity
