Monitoring and Evaluation Technical Lead at TB HIV Care

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor’s or honours degree in Public Health, Statistics, Social Sciences or Health Information Sciences, coupled with 10 years relevant experience will be considered
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience within the HIV AIDS and STI programme, data analytics and information management sector
• Good understanding of South African Department of Health system, including policies, management and health information systems and structures at National and Provincial levels
• Minimum of 3 years operational experience in District Health Information System (DHIS) and TIER.net Funder reporting experience (DATIM) is essential
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Data analytics (SPSS, STATA, ETR, Python)
• Preferable: Experience working on the PEPFAR DREAMS programme, including interventions such as pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP), structural programmes and gender-based violence programmes
• Driver’s license

• Development of high quality presentations
• Development of abstracts and research articles
• Providing high level data analytic support for programme improvement
• Willing and able to Travel for up to 1 week per month (25-30%) within province and nationally
