    Mr D - CRM Manager

    This position reports to the Head of CRM of Mr D.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Assist in managing the CRM channels and CRM budget
    • Map out the customer journey along with key communication channels, messaging and desired outcome
    • Segmentation and management of the customer database to ensure the correct targeting and communication
    • Reporting on performance of communication with the intention of optimising communication and customer behaviour
    • Analyse data to derive insights into the customer base and formulate communication plans to drive desired behaviour. 
    • Ensure that all CRM touchpoints contribute to a consistent and positive brand image and experience
    • Develop test strategies and use the derived insights to develop more effective ways of communicating with customers
    • Support other customer facing departments with guidelines on customer engagement

    Skills & Attributes required:

    • Proficiency in CRM/Automation tools (e.g. Braze, Hubspot)
    • Proficiency in analytics tools (Looker, GA, Tableau etc)
    • Experience in marketing and communication.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

    Qualifications:

    • A relevant tertiary education
    • 5 years experience within CRM
    • Experience within e-commerce and/or a digital company
