Job Description

• To actively market all products and services to customers whilst providing a prompt and efficient service.
•  Provide support to staff by retrieving records upon request and assisting in record-related queries, ensuring timely responses.
• Ensure all records are stored securely, maintaining confidentiality, and protecting sensitive information according to FNB’s data security policies.
• Oversee the creation, organization, and classification of records within the company, ensuring that all records are filed accurately and consistently for easy retrieval.
• Manage the full lifecycle of records from creation and maintenance through to retention and final disposition, ensuring proper documentation is maintained at all stages.
• Implement and maintain archiving systems for the secure storage of inactive records, ensuring records are readily accessible for authorized staff when needed.
