Multinational Client at Chubb Europe

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support business development and client relationships by ensuring that all MN programmes are implemented to agreed quality and service standards.
• Pre-bind support: Assist underwriters on MN account quoting - guiding on relevant regulations, calculation of quoted premiums and recommending appropriate programme structuring (between master and local policies).
• Implementation of bound accounts: Ensure Program Workbooks are prepared/maintained in accordance with the global standards, work with operations colleagues and resolve any accounting and processing issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of Chubb’s MN administrative processes and all related systems.
• Monitor and manage network performance within SLA’s (RI slips, local policies, invoicing and collection) and raise network performance issues where necessary.
• Develop relationships with key MN account brokers, engage with brokers on key account SLA’s, help with business development in client/broker meetings, serve as a point of contact for any MN related queries and help to co-ordinate MN marketing activities.
• Communicate and build relationships internally (underwriters, business development, support functions) and externally (brokers and clients).
• Ensure MN program tracking and regular and ad-hoc reporting on MN programs, ensuring that data quality is of a high standard 
• Collaborate with legal and compliance and risk to ensure that business is done in a legally & internally compliant manner. 

Qualifications:
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Insurer or broker experience in underwriting, placement, finance or operations with exposure to at least 2 lines of business
• Experience in the multi-national account structuring, servicing, placements and/or reinsurance
• Experience in client insurance facing roles, including meetings and presentations
• Experience with a MN insurance company is an advantage
• Strong communication and business development/relationship skills
• Self-driven, efficient, organized and results oriented
• Good knowledge in MS Office and advanced excel skills
• Ability to travel as and when required
