Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily indexing of municipal and Telkom bills for S\T, Commercial and Residential.
- Obtaining copies of bills from the water\electricity departments.
- Lodging and resolving water queries (water department).
- Lodging and resolving electricity queries (electricity department).
- Rates\payment arrangement and queries at Martin West.
- Payment of bills at Pick n Pay.
- Checking the pick n pay slips for correct allocations.
- Any and all general queries related to municipality.
