Music Teacher at Rustenburg Girls'​ High School

This top performing girls’ school is looking to recruit an experienced teacher of Music, specializing in teaching brass up to Grade 12 level. The following full-time SGB educator post is available from 01 April 2022:

MUSIC TEACHER (FULL-TIME)

• Knowledge and experience in teaching the CAPS curriculum from Grade 8 to Grade 12 is essential.
• Experience of teaching the Grade 11 & 12 Jazz stream GMK syllabus would be an advantage.
• Teaching Brass up to Grade 12 level is preferable, but other instruments could also be considered.
• Applicants must be computer literate and experience in the use of technology for teaching and learning would be an advantage.

The successful applicant will be expected to play a full role in the extra-mural life of the school, including as a Tutor in the Vertical Tutor System.
