Introduction

• A leading BPO company is looking for an experienced National Operations Manager to join their team

Duties & Responsibilities

• The NOM plays an important role in retaining existing clients, with the main responsibility to manage expectations and oversee that all client needs are met in a timely fashion, whilst continuously seeking for new business opportunities identified from our clients’ base of contracted clients.
• To advocate the services of our client offers as a Business Process Outsourcing company and work with internal, Suppliers and contracted client departments to ensure contracted and prospective client needs are understood and satisfied, giving guidance to our clients operational teams and prospective clients in terms of functional outsourcing possibilities with the view to improve productivity and profitability.
• To effectively oversee the management of the Operations Department Nationally.
• To maintain and grow business development within a region and ensure sustainability by being accountable for managing, administration, people and systems and ensuring effective and efficient operations.
• To manage operational support systems and ensure compliance, in collaboration with Contract Managers.
• Visit contracted sites and analyse the effectives operations and provide strategic business solutions.
• Provide ensure compliance in HR & IR functions within the regions.
• To effectively implement and update Company policies and Procedures on Health and Safety to ensure Compliance within the Group.  

Desired Experience & Qualification

• A Good understanding of Business Process Outsourcing in the warehousing space
• Systems and Methods applied within the Management processes.
• Electronic warehousing inventory control systems.
• Identifying and assessing business risks.
• Contracted Scope of Works, SLA’s, KPA’s and KPI’s applicable to the different contracted client warehouse operations.
• Contracted client site-specific Policies, Procedures and protocols.
• Contract Management tasks i.e. Planning, Organising, Coordinating and Control.
• The OH&S Act provisions and standards.
• Applicable - QMS; Quality Management Standards. 
• experience with ISO
• Legislation governing the BCEA, LRA and OH&S act.

Package & Remuneration

• R45 000.00 - R55 000.00 CTC Per Month
