National Relay Officer at Mediclinic

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB

To deliver specialised service offerings to the Vodacom’s deaf, hearing and speech impaired customer base by supporting and fully resolving their queries through various channels and which are aligned to the ICASA requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

• Servicing all key stakeholders telephonically and via other service channels such as, video calling, chat and SMS as required until the query has been resolved
• Personal Effectiveness

Required Education

ESSENTIAL EDUCATION:

• An NQF5 Certificate in Contact Centre/ Management/ Customer Service
• Desired Education
• A related National Diploma (NQF level 6) in either Contact Centre/ Management/ Customer Service

Required Experience

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years’ experience in an omnichannel Customer Service Contact Centre environment
• Desired Experience
• 3 years’ experience in an omnichannel Customer Service Contact Centre environment
