The primary purpose of this role is to create and maintain a robust Safety, Health, Environment, and Risk (SHER) framework for The Beverage Company.
The role involves leading company-wide SHER and operational risk initiatives, ensuring that employees, visitors, and contractors are aware of and aligned with SHER policies and procedures, and monitoring overall SHER compliance.
The role includes taking ownership of corrective actions and risk mitigations, as well as identifying and spearheading projects to enhance Safety, Health, Environment, and Operational Risk control.
The role is crucial in establishing a culture of safety, health, environmental responsibility, and risk management within The Beverage Company.
