National Sales Manager at SydSen Recruit

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve volume, revenue, profitability and market share objectives across new and used vehicle operations.
• Lead annual business planning, forecasting, budgeting, target setting, and KPI development.
• Build strong relationships with dealer principals, investors, and management teams across the dealer network.
• Lead the national certified pre-owned, fleet, rental, and remarketing strategy.
• Coach and support dealer management and sales teams to improve performance and customer outcomes.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, executive reports, and performance reviews.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. Eight to ten years of automotive industry experience. Significant experience in vehicle sales, fleet, remarketing, or commercial management. Previous dealership experience will be advantageous.
