    National Sales Manager - Tsebo Cleaning Solutions

    • We’re looking for an experienced, strategic, and people-focused sales leader to drive national business development, manage a high-performing team, and build strong client partnerships across South Africa.

    Duties & Responsibilities    

    • Lead and inspire a national team of Business Development Managers and Sales Coordinators.
    • Drive end-to-end sales performance, including lead generation, client acquisition, and key account management.
    • Implement national sales strategies aligned to business goals and market opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with operational and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and impactful sales campaigns.
    • Analyse market trends and provide insights, forecasts, and reporting to executive leadership.

    Skills and Competencies    

    • Strong leadership with experience managing national sales teams.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Proven B2B sales ability with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
    • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyse markets and identify growth opportunities.
    • Resilient, confident decision-maker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Qualifications    

    • A tertiary qualification.
    • 6–8 years’ management experience in B2B sales, ideally in cleaning or related service industries.
    • Proven success in leading sales teams and meeting revenue targets.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Solid understanding of the cleaning industry, pricing models, and service offerings.
    • CRM and reporting proficiency.
