Management of electrical (small power and energy) and mechanical (cooling and back-up power) services within the PEP store environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management of Technical Infrastructure for Stores (Cooling, Back-up Power, Signage, Electrical Infrastructure, Security Measures and Emergency Water Storage)
Procurement of technical infrastructure equipment (Cooling, Back-up Power, Signage, Electrical Infrastructure, Security Measures and Emergency Water Storage)
Research and Development: Technical Infrastructure for Stores i.e. Lighting, Backup power etc)
Project Management
Relationship Management with internal and external stakeholders
Management of CAPEX costs
Leadership
Ad hoc Responsibilities
Requirements
Grade 12
Tertiary Qualification (e.g. Degree or diploma in electrical and/or mechanical. engineering)
Project Management certificate (will be an advantage)
5-8 years relative technical services experience at a senior level (electrical and mechanical)
