A new position has been created at Sedibeng (Alberton) reporting to the Customer Contact Supervisor!

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

• Matric & a Diploma Essential.  Preferably studying towards a business-related degree.
• 3 years basic Accounts & Reconciliation, including general office duties
• Analytical and sound MS Excel skills
• 3 years Customer Service Experience, ideally having worked with Senior Managers at large corporate customers
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Mychep and EDI would be an added advantage
• Manual Drivers Licence

The National TEMS Administrator will assist to monitor the account operated by the customer which shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Reconciling of accounts
• Capturing of THANs and PCNs.
• All capturing will be done onsite via myCHEP + Issues to customer via SAP.
• Reconcile Unprocessed THAN list at month end.
• General administration and query resolution process, inclusive of Debit Authorizations, THAAs
• Credit balance investigations
• Managing of suspended and rejected movements.
• Accurate filing of client documentation
• Logging of necessary activities and Service Requests in Siebel
• Logging Collection / Return orders when needed.
• Log necessary escalations to the business via Siebel
• Submitting of weekly updates to customer management.
• Manage customers exchange customers & customers owned equipment - if applicable
• Checking of inbound & outbound documents validity – equipment, quantities etc.
• Facilitating 1-4-1 exchanges (If applicable).
• Liaise with problem customers to recover outstanding balances.
• Identify 1-4-1 exchange clients to be converted Transfer clients where possible. (If applicable)
• Ensuring all queries are addressed and resolved in accordance with the Business Rules.
• Work closely with the CCT and customer operations staff to ensure issues are captured accurately and timeously.
• Reconciliation of CHEP issues
• Entertaining and maintaining a good relationship with all customer stakeholders.
• Yard duties include general inspections of pallet quality and reporting any problems.
• Stock counts and reconciling of the counts, including the offsite locations.
• Escalate all non-compliance issues to customer management.
• Any other reasonable tasks as delegated by CHEP Management
• Monitoring of EDI data integrity (If applicable)
• Conducting Service Calls/ Health Checks and providing feedback to the relevant parties.
• Conduct interim training with customers until formal training is attended.
• Communicate to relevant parties where there are instances of extended holding periods or excessive volumes.
