Job Description

Provide quality claims negotiating outcomes for the Claims function through effective and efficient claims negotiations and finalisation of claims

• Answer telephone and email queries from the brokers, based on updated logs Analyse claim and confirm cover Draft rejection letter if claim rejected Request and analyse policy file and related documentation Appoint assessor, if required Capture/register claim Settle claims within mandate Recover 3rd party claims Prepare payments file on successful recovery Finalise claim as per Old Mutual Insure standard Keep broker informed at all times in terms of progress of claim
