The Network Administrator is responsible for the full lifecycle management of the organization's network infrastructure, including planning, implementation, maintenance, capacity planning, reporting, security, and design. This role demands a strong focus on ensuring network availability, performance, and security across all network segments. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience with Cisco, Aruba, and Fortinet technologies, and a proven track record in managing complex network environments.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
MCSE and CCNA qualifications are essential.
Relevant degree/diploma in Computer Science, BCom Informatics, or a related field is advantageous.
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Network Administrator
Proven experience in administering switches, routers, and firewalls in a disaster recovery context.
Strong working knowledge of Windows 2000, 2003, Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Expertise in Routing & Switching
Extensive experience with Cisco (Networks, Cisco Network Security)
Extensive experience with Aruba (WiFi, Aruba Clearpass)
