    Network Technician , ID

    Key job responsibilities

    • The Network Technician works closely with their teammates and Technical Project Managers to deliver scaling projects following and being active part for both the Cabling Installation and the Deployment phase, respecting deadlines and Team service level agreements (SLA's).

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
    • Experience in networking
    • High school or equivalent diploma

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • 1+ years of Linux troubleshooting, such as, firmware flashes, and bios configuration experience
    • Experience dealing effectively with customers during problem resolution and operating efficiently under pressure
