    New Business Development Manager- Tzaneen

    Job Description    
    Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa (CCBSA) has an exciting opportunity in our Sales department. We are looking for talented indivodual with relevant skills and experience for a New Business Development Manager role, which is based in Tzaneen. The successful candidates will report directly to the District Manager. The key purpose of the role is to implement the business strategy with the allocated customer base to achieve the business objectives of increased profitability, excellent Customer service and perfect in-Trade execution.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities    
    Key Outputs and Accountabilities

    • Apply knowledge of the business and its Route-To-Market (RTM) strategy, and partner with the business to identify and open new outlets to drive business growth.
    • Pull new prospects logged on the masterdata system and process take-ons within agreed SLAs and in accordance with relevant standards and procedures, to ensure that take-ons drive the business RTM strategy.
    • Drive the correct segmentation of outlets in trade and process changes as identified and required, to drive the business’ revenue growth strategy.
    • In partnership with the business, effectively manage the resourcing, recruitment and onboarding of Every Deal Survey (EDS) contractors.
    • Monitor the EDS process, identify opportunities and conduct Market Potential Studies (MPS) to drive customer growth targets.

    Skills, Experience & Education    
    Qualifications and Experience

    • A BComm or equivalent qualification.
    • A minimum of 3 years sales or marketing experience.
    • Completed CAP and Account Manager experience.

    Knowledge

    • Strong business brand and service offering knowledge.
    • Business Route-To-Market (RTM) strategy.
    • Business Revenue Growth Management (RGM).
    • Competitor brand knowledge and awareness.
    • Every Dealer Survey (EDS) processes
    • RED ROLE models and Look- of-Success (i.e. execution guidelines per channel).
    • Customer take-on process.
    • Order taking systems and procedures.
    • Cooling equipment catalogue, contracts and procedures.
    • Master Data website capturing processes for NBDM (CDBM).
    • Credit policy.
    • Basic finance and commercial knowledge.
    • Basic economic data and market trends.
    • Local Distribution Partner (LDP) operating model.
