Qualifications:
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Generating new product ideas and recipes
2. Ensure food is produced safely and hygienically
3. Follow government quality and safety standards
4. Modifying and improving existing recipes
5. Designing processes and machinery for the production of recipes on a large scale
6. Create samples
7. Work with various flavours and textures
8. Liaising with marketing staff
9. Ensuring that strict hygiene food safety standards are met
10. Identifying and choosing products from suppliers
11. Monitoring the use of additives
12. Testing and examining samples
13. Writing reports.
