    New Vehicle Sales Manager - Nissan Tygervalley (Mahindra)

    Position: New Vehicle Sales Manager

    • We are looking for a driven and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to lead and grow our New Vehicle Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the sales team, driving performance, maximizing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
    • This is an exciting opportunity for a results-oriented leader with a passion for the automotive industry.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of new vehicle sales executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and profitability
    • Oversee new vehicle inventory levels, pricing strategies, and stock turn
    • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high customer satisfaction
    • Monitor individual and team performance, conducting regular reviews and providing coaching and feedback
    • Identify training needs and implement development programs for the sales team
    • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, OEM standards, and relevant legislation

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (advantageous)
    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
    • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
    • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
    • Solid understanding of dealership operations, pricing strategies, and inventory management
    • Customer-focused with strong negotiation and closing skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership CRM systems
