New Vehicles Sales Executive at SydSen Recruit

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a New Vehicle Sales Executive in an automotive dealership.
• Proven sales track record with the ability to meet or exceed targets.
• Strong knowledge of automotive brands and new vehicle models 
• Valid driver’s license (Code B or higher).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Matric certificate; relevant sales or marketing qualification is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Sell new vehicles, meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct test drives, present vehicle features, and negotiate sales contracts effectively.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, including features, specifications, and promotions for new vehicle models.
• Follow up on leads, manage customer inquiries, and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Complete accurate sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership policies.
• Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve dealership goals.
