The successful candidate will be appointed as a lecturer in Retail Business Management in management Sciences, while receiving reduced teaching loads and structured mentorships to support the completion of a doctoral qualification, development of teaching competence, and establishment of a research profile in Retail Business Management, Marketing or Business Management.
The incumbent will contribute to undergraduate and/or postgraduate teaching, curriculum development, and academic activities within the department, in line with the objectives of the NGAP and the institution.
Minimum requirements
Master’s degree in Retail Business Management or master’s degree in business management or any equivalent Master’s degree (specializing in Marketing or Small Business Management).
Prospective candidates should have achieved an average of 70% or above at masters level.
Must be forty (40) years or younger.
At least two years teaching experience in a higher education environment
Commit to the completion of Doctoral studies, within a prescribed period.
Be a South African citizen.
