5+ years’ experience at managerial/supervisory level.
Experience within private hospital environment (preferable).
Computer literate.
Minimum Job Requirements:
Implement the nursing strategy to drive the strategic nursing plan and align night staff outputs, accordingly, assess patient acuity at all wards during the night and determine resource needs for the following day.
Monitor the safety and care delivered by staff, including agency staff, identify quality improvement and implement opportunities to improve quality service delivery at night.
Conduct regular ward rounds, including monitoring equipment, audits, and patient environment checks.
Co-ordinate after hour admissions and ensure effective recordkeeping and handover the next morning.
Issue medication and manage the stock levels of Emergency Pharmacy Cupboard.
Drive infection prevention at nigh and ensure standard precautions are adhere to.
