    NSA Process Engineer

    QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum Qualifications: Btech in Mechanical Engineering
    • Minimum Requirements Experience: 3-5 years in Process Engineering within the Manufacturing Industry - Automotive space

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

    • Customer Relations (internal & external)
    • Create & Modify Global Operations Sheets using 3D Model tool & G2B
    • Problem Solving Techniques including interpretation and dimensional analysis of body & parts geometry [Metrology reports]
    • Perform Process Audits within the Vehicle Assembly division
    • Root Cause analysis through -QC Story / 7 QC Tools
    • New Model Project Planning
    • Support shop TdC activities [Productivity improvement & direct material process improvement]
    • Perform FFR for local parts approval
    • Continuously liaison, negotiate and delivering information with services providers, end users, suppliers
    • To ensure all documentations, machinery and equipment are issued, updated and training provided
    • Evaluate and monitor final product and remedial actions taken to address variances
    • Periodically update and track concerns as per (concern list) guidelines
    • Ensure vehicles build to specifications
    • Ensure evaluation of local components for approval

    SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

    CRITICAL KNOWLEDGE

    • Knowledge and understanding of engineering processes
    • Knowledge of applications of power tools
    • Knowledge of talk control
    • Knowledge of auto electrical /mechanical
    • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry standards
    • Basic Financial knowledge
    • Knowledge of global best practices
    • Computer literacy, especially excel

    CRTICAL COMPETENCIES

    • Socially confident, comfortable in meeting people for the first time
    • Democratic in decision making, but not uncomfortable in making decisions alone
    • Likes working with numbers and analyzing statistical information
    • Critically evaluates information, looking for potential limitations,
    • Prefers well established methods, following a more conventional approach
    • Adaptable, changing approach to different people
