Office Assistant/Administration Clerk at RPO Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Manage calls, greet visitors, and handle correspondence.
• Process mail, maintain office supplies, and organize records.
• Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and prepare agendas/minutes.
• Communicate professionally with clients and staff.
• Draft/edit documents and assist with reports.
• Perform basic bookkeeping (Xero experience preferred).
• Assist with inventory and general office support.

Requirements:

• Administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
