Officer, Deceased Estates Transactional at Standard Bank Group

Job Description

• To provide a general administrative and fulfilment function for Affluent Express, Private and Prestige/Executive Clients. To provide an account maintenance and investment roll-overs service including general portfolio management administration.

Qualifications

• Matric ,Diploma or Degree in Business Commerce

Experience Required

• Ability to verify documentation, account details, and compliance requirements accurately.
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies or anomalies.
• Experience in administrative functions – retrieval of statements, drafting of letters containing financial information
• Must have 1 - 3 Years Experience with assisting Deceased Estates Customer service on calls or enquiries received from Executors of an estate
• Deceased estates experience preferable.
• Practical knowledge and understanding of the processes and policies used in the Deceased Estates area.
