Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates comments on proposed governance codes and governance sections in legislation applicable to the            Eskom Group
• Conduct governance research.
• Assist with governance projects, training and mentoring sessions.
• Monitors governance compliance and awareness.
• Implements an effective quality management system (ISO 9001
• Performs ad hoc duties in the Strategic Governance Office 

Minimum Requirements
Qualification(s): 

• National Diploma Paralegal Studies/ National N Diploma Legal Secretary at NQF 6 with 240 credits  

Experience:

• 3 Years of experience in Governance, Legal, or Compliance enforcement
