Officer, Settlements, Lending & Borrowing

Job Description
- Receive and process structured settlement instructions, monitor the settlement lifecycle, resolve escalated exceptions and respond to client queries requiring investigation outside of normal procedures to optimize the number of transactions that settle within deadline.

Experience Required
- Operations
5-8 years
- Practical settlements experience. Advanced Financial Markets knowledge / experience. Proficient knowledge of JSE rules, regulations and directives mandatory. Seasoned knowledge and experience specifically within stockbroker or banking environment with particular focus on settlements and operations back office.
3-4 years
- Sound and understanding of Securities Lending & Borrowing in a stockbroker Operations environment.
